If there is a problem with an item you purchased from ZEBRAZ.com we will try our very best to offer you the highest level of customer service and satisfaction possible. ZEBRAZ.com is flexible, however, many of our suppliers impose return restrictions, which inhibits our ability to accept returns on all the products we offer. ZEBRAZ.com must approve all returns. 1. ZEBRAZ.com CANNOT accept returns of products purchased elsewhere. ZEBRAZ.com must have sold you the product, at full value (not at a sale or discounted price).
2. ZEBRAZ.com will need to issue a return authorization number (R.A.#) prior to accepting any return. Please call or e-mail ZEBRAZ.com to obtain your R.A. # prior to returning any item. ZEBRAZ.com requires all packages to contain a R.A.# on the outside for acceptance; packages not labeled with a RA# may be refused. The R.A. # should be displayed on the outside of the package near the address label in plain view.
3. ZEBRAZ.com CANNOT accept packages sent C.O.D. or collect. Packages must be pre-paid. ZEBRAZ.com CANNOT reimburse for any air or extra service charges. ZEBRAZ.com CANNOT reimburse for the cost of the return shipping charges.
4. ZEBRAZ.com CANNOT accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. You may use any delivery service you chose. It is recommended that you properly insure your package against damage or loss. All packages should be sent to ZEBRAZ.com, 1608 NORTH MAIN AVE, SAN ANTONIO TX 78212.
5. ZEBRAZ.com requires a copy of the invoice to be enclosed showing the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return. RETURNS WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR ITEM. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, ZEBRAZ.COM CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. PLEASE STATE ON THE INVOICE IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE OR ZEBRAZ.COM CREDIT.
6. ZEBRAZ.com requires the returned item to be in new condition. Copyrighted materials (videos, CDs, books, computer software, etc.) must be unopened and in original shrink-wrap. Clothing must contain all labels, be unworn, and fragrance-free.
7. ZEBRAZ.com reserves the right to refuse any product not in fully saleable condition. Manufacture defective returns are excluded, but must be returned with all parts, original labels, paperwork, and boxes if any.
8. ZEBRAZ.com CANNOT accept returns after 60 days. ZEBRAZ.com must be contacted within 30 days of the shipping date for a R.A. # to be issued. The product must be received by ZEBRAZ.com within 30 days of the R.A. # being issued. After 30 days the R.A. # is no longer valid. Should the package show up after this date, ZEBRAZ.com may refuse receipt.
